Job summary

Codec in Dublin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of large, complex engagements in a hybrid work model, combining onsite client work, remote collaboration and Codec office days.

You will mentor project managers, manage cross-functional teams, govern RAID, budgets and risk, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to achieve client outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years PM leadership, Prince2 or PMP, and experience with ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large, complex IT delivery projects.
• Prince2 Practitioner or PMP certification required.
• Experience in ERP (Business Central) and CRM (Dynamics) is desired.
• Experience in agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery models.
