Fruition Group Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to deliver complex technology and transformation projects within a large regulated environment in Ireland.

The role is hands-on and requires strong experience across banking, financial services, insurance, or other heavily regulated sectors, with oversight of budgets, vendor relationships and governance. The position is Dublin-based and focuses on end-to-end delivery from initiation to BAU transition.

Qualificações

• Background in banking, financial services, insurance or regulated environments.
• Experience across technology transformation, infrastructure and cloud, data and applications, cybersecurity and risk, migration and systems integration.
• Strong RAID, governance and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing project budgets and third-party vendors.
• Comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.

We are working with a leading financial services organisation looking to appoint an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to deliver complex technology and transformation projects across a large regulated environment.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong experience across banking, financial services, insurance or another highly regulated organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects from initiation through to implementation and BAU transition.
• Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate technical and business teams across multiple workstreams.
• Manage senior stakeholders, governance meetings and project reporting.
• Oversee third-party suppliers and vendor relationships.
• Support testing, implementation readiness, cutover and delivery planning.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines, budget and quality.

Experience Required

• Background in banking, financial services, insurance or regulated environments.
• Experience across areas such as:

PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP or similar qualifications would be advantageous.
