Job summary

PwC Ireland is seeking a Manager in Insurance Consulting to lead transformation projects across underwriting, claims, policy administration and distribution in Dublin, Ireland. You will work with senior client stakeholders to design and implement customer-centric, efficient insurance operations.

The role emphasizes applying structured problem solving, data analytics and agile methods, and collaborating on innovative InsurTech, AI and cloud solutions while guiding teams to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of consulting experience delivering large-scale insurance transformations.
Strong understanding of insurance customer journeys and opportunities to improve via technology.
Excellent client management and ability to present to senior leadership.
Knowledge of InsurTech, AI, cloud and regulatory dynamics.
Experience with process mapping, requirements elicitation and workshops.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams and manage lifecycle from design to post-deployment reviews.
Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to define detailed business requirements.
Apply structured problem solving, data analytics, and agile methods to projects.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
