Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Project Manager in Ireland to lead a Smart Ordering for Stores initiative as part of a major retail transformation. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinating vendors, IT teams and store stakeholders through design, testing, pilots and rollout across Ireland.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, strong track record delivering IT/software projects in retail, and a hands-on, proactive mindset. Hybrid work with 3 days on-site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end IT/Software projects in retail environment.
• Retail background.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the Smart Ordering project.
• Own the Detailed Delivery Plan across design, integration, pilot, rollout and stabilisation.
• Drive collaboration across multiple technology vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Create immediate impact in a leading Irish retail and wholesale company.

One of Irish largest wholesale and food distribution organisations is going through a major digital transformation, is modernising its technology landscape, bringing systems and data together, and building a stronger digital foundation for smarter, more data-driven operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Project Manager who is a proactive thinker, dynamic personality and wants to take fullownership of a Smart Ordering for Stores initiative, creating significant impact from day one.

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of this initiative, coordinating technology vendors, internal IT teams and retail stakeholders to take the solution from design and testing through to store pilots and phased rollout across Ireland.
