Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Ireland to own a high-impact Smart Ordering transformation within a large global organisation. You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinate across design, integration, pilot, rollout and stabilisation, and influence senior stakeholders in a complex retail environment.

The role offers a hybrid work model with 3 days on-site, exposure to senior leadership, and accountability for delivery in a data-driven transformation project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end IT/Software projects in a retail environment.
• Retail background.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the Smart Ordering project.
• Own the Detailed Delivery Plan across design, integration, pilot, rollout and stabilisation.
• Drive collaboration across multiple technology vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Create immediate impact in a leading Irish retail and wholesale company.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Senior Project Manager ready to demonstrate senior leadership, take full ownership of a high-impact Smart Ordering for Stores transformation, and drive change across a complex retail environment.
