Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Ireland is seeking a Senior Project Manager, GSC BP&T to lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives and complex programs that drive transformation across the Global Supply Chain. This role provides leadership for high-priority projects and champions digital innovation.

You will influence stakeholders, develop robust business cases, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget, while advancing continuous improvement and global collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, life sciences and/or business; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of multiple, complex cross-functional supply chain projects/programs.
• Support development of robust business cases with interdependencies and a clear value proposition.
• Support strategic initiatives, including annual portfolio planning and the Polaris+ program.
• Facilitate governance meetings, executive sponsor sessions, and steering committees with clear agendas, priorities, and objectives to achieve quick decisions and robust outcomes.
• Ensure utilization of standard program management processes, governances, and systems including GPSiPlan as the system of record.
• Develop and implement risk management and mitigation strategies at the program and/or project level.
• Influence key stakeholders and manage program and/or project communications.
• Support change management strategies and foster high-performance, diverse teams.
• Evaluate and recommend new digital tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure program delivery is on time, within scope, and budget.
• Proactively drive scenario analyses and strategic recommendations for management.
• Inspire and motivate teams, providing feedback and coaching for leadership development.
• Up to 20% travel predominantly for project-based workshops
