Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager, Supplier Compliance & Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) within Global Procurement. You will safeguard supplier ecosystems, shape risk culture, and ensure procurement practices are inspection-ready.

This high-visibility role partners with senior leaders to strengthen controls, drive process improvements, and support regulatory compliance and enterprise risk strategy across a global supplier network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, compliance, R&D, commercial, or operations roles.
• 4+ years in a TPRM, procurement, or compliance organization.
• Solid understanding of ICH/GCP regulatory guidelines as they apply to procurement and vendor management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to prioritize complex issues.
• Proactive, creative, self-driven approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to manage global, cross-functional projects and deliver on time.
