Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Ireland is seeking a seasoned Finance leader to establish and run the Global Costing Center of Excellence within PDS Finance. You will drive standardization, accuracy and transparency in end-to-end costing across the network.

The role requires 10+ years in Finance with product costing, global process transformation, and ERP experience (SAP). You’ll lead cross‑geo teams, champion data analytics, AI tools and automation to accelerate smarter decisions and cost insights for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
MBA or CPA preferred.
10+ years in Finance with product costing.
Experience leading global process transformations.
Experience developing teams across multiple geographic locations.

Responsibilities

Define and implement the global costing vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
Establish governance and standards for costing processes across internal sites and external supply chains.
Ensure global costing policies are aligned with changing business needs and compliance.
Champion the adoption of ERP platforms, AI-driven analytics, and automation tools in costing.
