Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manager, Execution Planner to lead and coordinate supply plans across external manufacturing and internal sites. You will work with global supply chain teams to balance demand with operational efficiency, develop supply strategies, and escalate risks that could affect product availability.

This role requires strong ERP, analytics, and communication skills; familiarity with SAP, Kinaxis, Tableau or Power BI, and a proactive problem-solving mindset to drive

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in supply chain management, preferably in global manufacturing/pharma.
• Experience interacting with internal and external supply sites.
• Strong ERP and data-analysis capabilities are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply plans for materials related to product portfolios.
• Coordinate with internal and external manufacturing sites to balance customer service with efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure POs are up to date for Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished goods.
