Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a permanent Director, Global S&OP Capability Owner to advance cross-pillar capabilities within the Global Supply Chain. You will lead complex programs, align Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, and drive standardized processes using digital tools and data governance.

You will collaborate with IT, finance, and other GCOs to ensure best-in-class maturity, leveraging SAP IBP, Kinaxis, and analytics platforms to enable faster, more reliable S&OP

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• APICS CSCP/CPIM certification strongly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is desirable.
• 12+ years in Supply Chain, S&OP and end-to-end planning.
• Proven leadership of complex, cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Designs, manages, and improves cross-pillar capabilities for Global Supply Chain.
• Leads end-to-end process standardization with cross-functional alignment.
• Defines roadmaps for people, process, technology, and data.
• Uses KPIs and benchmarking to drive capability improvement.
• Coaches capability leads and ensures adoption of new capabilities.
• Maintains governance and data integrity across processes.
