Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a major Dublin-based project portfolio. You will oversee pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities, aligning tender, procurement, and design with client requirements.

You will drive strategy, BIM-enabled delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across regional teams to deliver on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Typically 15 years’ experience in construction with similar national contracting organisations.
• Experience in data center projects.
• Proven finance control/reporting ability.
• Knowledge of BIM, DRM and project design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tender Team to produce a competitive tender.
• Prepare programme, method statements, prelims and submission documents.
• Chair startup, procurement strategy, and key supply chain prequalification.
• Manage project team and supply chain, monitor cost, risk and profitability.
• Lead health, safety and environmental planning and ensure zero incidents.
