Job summary

PFH Technology Group is recruiting a Project Coordinator to support multiple projects, working alongside Project Managers and the Service Director. The role is permanent and hybrid, based in Swords, Dublin, with responsibilities spanning trackers, risk logs, resources, and meetings to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in project coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Prince2 and project management

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Coordination.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain project trackers, status reports and workbooks.
• Maintain risk and issue logs and collaborate on mitigations.
• Coordinate resources across functions to meet the plan and budget.
• Coordinate and attend project meetings with customers and stakeholders.
• Provide effective administration and documentation support for projects.
