Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Ireland is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead complex multi-project programme time schedules within Infrastructure. You will direct embedded scheduling resources to ensure use of standard processes, systems and tools and quality of schedule deliverables.

You will support the Programme Controls Manager in planning recruitment and capability development of scheduling resources, coordinating with stakeholders across functions, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive multi-project scheduling experience in infrastructure delivery.
• 20+ years in scheduling, with at least 5+ years in aviation/transport.
• Experience building and managing master schedules and reporting to senior management.
• Ability to lead workshops and coordinate resources across contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage complex multi-project programme time schedules to ensure timely delivery of programmes.
• Act as coordination lead for outward-facing summary reports on programme progress, issues, impact and mitigation.
• Provide interface and QA for tracking schedule performance and oversee schedule monitoring.
• Assess and implement changes to scheduling processes to improve performance.
