Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major aviation infrastructure projects in Ireland. You will drive delivery from planning through handover, directing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors in a live environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams across complex projects.
• Strong communication with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Experience delivering aviation, transportation or major infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of risk management, change control and project reporting.
• Familiarity with NEC or similar contract forms.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple aviation and capital projects from inception to handover.
• Provide oversight to Project Managers and teams to meet objectives and targets.
• Develop project execution plans, strategies and resource plans.
• Manage performance across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and safety.
• Mentor and support Project Managers with technical, commercial and contractual guidance.
• Ensure governance, reporting and assurance across all projects under your remit.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and interface management across projects and operations.
• Support procurement, contract administration and change control activities.
• Monitor risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Coordinate delivery within live operational environments with minimal disruption.
