Job summary

Turner & Townsend Pty Limited in Dublin, Ireland seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead aviation infrastructure projects, coordinating clients, consultants and contractors in a live operational environment. The role focuses on delivering high-profile programmes with strong governance and risk management across scope, schedule and budget.

You will manage delivery strategies, governance, and change control while mentoring junior staff and ensuring safety and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience delivering infrastructure/aviation projects.
• Experience managing full project lifecycle from planning through to handover.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and multiple interfaces.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management, change control and reporting.
• Experience in aviation/transportation environments is desirable.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6.
• Experienced with NEC contracts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of aviation infrastructure and capital projects.
• Develop and implement project execution plans and delivery strategies.
• Manage project performance across scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality and safety.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors to achieve project objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage project governance, reporting and change control processes.
• Support commercial and contract management activities throughout project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate project delivery within live operational environments while minimising disruption to ongoing operations.
• Promote a culture of health, safety, wellbeing and continuous improvement.
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
