Job summary

Bentley Systems in Dublin is seeking a Program Manager to plan and manage multiple projects within a large program, aligning with customer and Bentley processes. You will assemble teams, define scope, resources, and schedules while ensuring quality and adherence to standards.

The role requires 7+ years as a Senior Project Manager, PMP/PgMP preferred, and strong client-facing skills across fixed-price and T&M engagements. Hybrid work is offered with an attractive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ work experience as a Senior Project Manager on high‑risk or complex projects
• PM certification required (PMP/PgMP preferred)
• Degree and/or Higher National qualifications related to Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Information Management or Computer Science or AEC preferred
• Experience with fixed price and T&M projects
• Highly experienced in business development, stakeholder engagement and client communication
• Knowledge of digital engineering and digital transformation and how it adds value

Responsibilities

• Manage client relations and analyze customer needs
• Prepare scope of work and execution plans for clear alignment
• Maintain a complete program plan across projects
• Report status, risks, and actions at project and program level
• Define required resources and ensure proper change management
• Ensure revenue recognition and invoicing accuracy and control
