Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking an experienced MA3 Senior Production Operator to join our production team. You will support cleanroom, automated and semi-automated manufacturing lines to ensure CGM products are produced safely, compliantly and to high quality standards.

The role requires 4–6 years of medical device or cleanroom manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate (or Level 5 equivalent) required.
• 4–6 years medical device or cleanroom manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and computer literacy essential.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and attention to detail; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment.
• Perform routine manual tasks: handling components, loading materials, supporting assembly processes.
• Conduct material handling, inspections, quality checks and data entry.
• Serve as SME in key areas and provide training to new associates.
• Support line leads and supervisors with communication, updates and coaching.
• Maintain quality documentation in line with GMP requirements and safety standards.
