Job summary

Dexcom Ireland in Athenry is seeking an MA3 Senior Production Operator to support cleanroom, automated and semi-automated CGM manufacturing lines. You will ensure safe, compliant production and high-quality output.

The role requires setting up equipment, performing quality checks, training staff, and partnering with line leads, while adhering to GMP and safety standards, including a 12-hour shift pattern with a 30% premium.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or Level 5 equivalent.
• 4–6 years medical device or cleanroom manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and computer literacy.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• High dexterity and consistency.
• Training/knowledge transfer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automated or semi-automatic machines used in CGM product production.
• Carry out routine manual tasks such as handling components, loading materials, and supporting assembly processes.
• Perform material handling, inspections, quality checks, and data entry.
• Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in key areas.
• Train new associates and support cross‑training programmes.
• Support line leads and supervisors with communication, updates, and coaching.
• Compliance to all quality procedures; flag if any deviation noted.
• Complete and maintain quality documentation for medical device manufacture (GMP).
• Comply with safety requirements and operate safely.
• Build strong working relationships for teamwork.
