Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Manufacturing Associate 2 to join our CGM production team in Ireland. You will operate semi-automated and automated equipment in a cleanroom, perform precise assembly tasks, handle components, and complete documentation to GMP standards. This hands-on role suits detail‑oriented individuals with medical device manufacturing experience and a commitment to quality and safety.

The role offers 12‑hour shifts (7am–7pm) with a 4 on/3 off pattern and is based in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate (or Level 5 equivalent).
• 1+ years in medical device or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
• Comfort with repetitive, hands-on assembly tasks.
• Good computer literacy and mechanical aptitude.
• Reliable, adaptable, and team oriented.
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semi‑automated and automated equipment.
• Carry out routine manual tasks such as handling components and loading materials.
• Perform precise, dexterity‑based assembly tasks and maintain consistent output.
• Perform in‑process checks to ensure product quality.
• Complete packaging, labelling, material movement, and required data entry.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, batch records, and cleanroom protocols, completing documentation accurately.
• Report any deviations, defects, or safety concerns immediately and support quality and yield targets.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members, ensuring clear communication and smooth shift handovers.
• Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Achieve competency within training timelines and consistently meet output and quality KPIs.
• Demonstrate reliability, accuracy, and adherence to standardised processes.
