Job summary

Dexcom Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Associate 2 to join our production team in Ireland. You will operate semi-automated and automated equipment in a cleanroom, performing precise assembly tasks and ensuring strict quality and compliance with GMP/SOPs.

The role involves long shifts (12 hours) with a 4 days on / 3 days off pattern and weekend work as described, starting in November 2026. Qualifications include Leaving Certificate or Level 5 equivalent and 2+ years in medical device

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical device or regulated manufacturing.
• High level of dexterity and ability to follow structured procedures.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
• Reliable, adaptable, and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semi-automated and automated equipment.
• Carry out routine manual tasks such as handling components, loading materials, and supporting assembly processes.
• Perform precise, dexterity-based assembly tasks and maintain consistent output.
• Perform in-process checks to ensure product quality.
• Complete packaging, labelling, material movement, and required data entry.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, batch records, and cleanroom protocols, completing documentation accurately.
• Report deviations, defects, or safety concerns immediately and support quality and yield targets.
