Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Manufacturing Associate 2 (MA2) to join our cleanroom production team in Ireland. You will operate semi-automated and automated equipment, perform precise assembly tasks, and ensure GMP-compliant documentation during 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am) on a 3‑day/4‑day pattern.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in medical device manufacturing, strong attention to detail, good computer literacy, and a team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or Level 5 equivalent.
• 2+ years in medical device or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
• Comfort with repetitive, hands‑on assembly tasks.
• Good computer literacy and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semi-automated and automated equipment.
• Carry out routine manual tasks such as handling components and loading materials.
• Perform precise dexterity‑based assembly tasks and maintain output.
• Complete packaging, labeling, data entry and material movement.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, batch records and cleanroom protocols.
