Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager on high-usage applications (B2C, internal tools, workforce platforms, or enterprise systems).
• Comfortable owning a product area with real operational stakes and dependencies.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted product work or demonstrable ability to pick it up quickly.
• Strong stakeholder management, working with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and ownership, preferring shipping and iteration over waiting for perfect briefs.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and outcomes for your area, not just the backlog.
• Select problems to solve and define metrics and outcomes to prove success.
• Turn ambiguous goals into concrete, sequenced product bets.
• Work with engineering to build AI into the product: intelligent qualification, automated verification, predictive vendor performance.
• Use AI-assisted tools for day-to-day product work: spec writing, research synthesis, prototyping.
• Coordinate with operations and supply-chain teams to shape priorities.
• Instrument workflows and use data to decide what to build next.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure cohesive platform delivery.
