Job summary

PlayStation in Ireland is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Commerce Platform that drives monetization growth across PlayStation Plus and related experiences. You will shape product strategy for member acquisition, engagement, and seamless purchasing journeys across the platform.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborate with data, analytics, Marketing and Commercial teams, and champion a test-and-learn approach to deliver measurable outcomes at global scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in consumer digital products.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with subscription or membership platforms preferred.
• Experience in gaming or high-scale B2C is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy to monetize PlayStation Plus and related commerce experiences.
• Lead experiments and data-driven decision making.
