Ei Electronics Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Shannon, Ireland, to own a significant product line within a global portfolio. You will define strategy, own the business case, and drive lifecycle decisions across engineering, regulatory, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Design, or related discipline, or equivalent capability.
• Minimum 8 years’ product management experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with physical products, hardware plus software or connected services.
• Strong financial literacy to build and defend a business case and margins.
• Experience setting strategy for a product line and resolving ambiguity independently.
• Comfort working with engineering on technical detail without losing the thread.
• Experience aligning regional demands into a global proposition.
• A track record of excellent written communication and business case outputs.
• Proficiency in applying AI across research, analysis, and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Set the strategy and roadmap for your product line within the portfolio.
• Own the business case from initial investment through in-life performance to end of life.
• Own product investment and return with global revenue view and lifecycle economics.
• Hold requirements authority and balance needs across multiple teams.
• Drive prioritisation and roadmap decisions using customer, market, and regulatory signals.
• Manage products through lifecycle stage-gates to optimise ROI and resources.
• Own launch readiness across proposition, positioning, and sales enablement.
• Own lifecycle decisions— sustain, invest, harvest, retire — and transition planning.
• Ensure go-to-market focus and growth post-launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Programme teams; escalate when scope or cost risks arise.
• Act as advocate for how product management is practised across the group.
