Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in software engineering, including embedded systems and software-enabled product development.
• Minimum 5 years' experience leading multidisciplinary software engineering teams.
• Proven experience delivering complex software products from concept through market release.
• Strong background in software architecture, design patterns, and system-level design.
• Experience managing software development in collaboration with hardware engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing Software Development, Embedded Software, DevOps, and Test Engineering teams.
• Drive software strategy, architecture, engineering standards, and technical excellence across the organisation.
• Own end-to-end software delivery, from planning and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and release.
• Establish and embed best practices in software engineering, CI/CD, DevOps, automation, quality, and cybersecurity.
• Build organisational capability through recruitment, coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
• Partner with Product Management, Hardware, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams to deliver integrated product solutions.
