Job summary

Etsy is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Payments team to lead the tax experience and compliance strategy across the global marketplace. You will partner with Engineering, Analytics, Design, Tax, Marketing, and Finance to define and prioritize high-impact projects and drive the end-to-end tax platform roadmap.

You will own the strategy, align plans with stakeholders, and oversee execution to minimize friction for buyers and sellers while enabling compliant, scalable tax reporting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading product initiatives.
• Familiar with using qualitative and quantitative data to make product decisions.
• Knowledge of tax platforms and/or related vendor integrations is a strong plus.
• Natural collaborator who works cross-functionally with Tax, Engineering, Product Design, Marketing and Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the highest impact projects for the tax team.
• Develop, own, and manage the strategy and roadmap for the tax team.
• Communicate plans and commitments to partners on an ongoing cadence.
• Drive the squad's execution by collaborating with engineering and analytics partners.
• Integrate analysis and customer feedback into product requirements to meet customer needs.
