Job summary

Etsy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Payments team's tax experience and compliance strategy for the global marketplace. The role partners with engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to shape the tax roadmap, ensuring accurate reporting for buyers and sellers across multiple countries and currencies.

This full-time position reports to the Senior Director of Product, Marketplace Trust, with the Dublin office as a hub and hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading product initiatives.
• Familiar with using qualitative and quantitative data to make product decisions.
• Knowledge of tax platforms and/or related vendor integrations is a strong plus.
• Passionate about solving real customer problems.
• Natural collaborator who drives cross-functional decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the highest impact tax-related projects with engineering, analytics, and other teams.
• Develop, own, and manage the tax team's strategy and roadmap.
• Communicate plans and commitments to partners on an ongoing cadence.
• Drive execution with engineering and analytics, owning product and operational metrics.
• Incorporate analyses and customer feedback into product requirements to meet customer needs.
