Job summary

Deel is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Ireland payroll. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and go-to-market teams to expand payroll capabilities and solve real customer problems.

You’ll balance strategic vision with pragmatic execution in a high-velocity environment, making decisions with incomplete information and course-correcting as you learn.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in fast-paced environments, fintech or infrastructure-heavy domains preferred.
• Proven payroll experience; you’ve built payroll engines or owned payroll product decisions.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to manage interdependent parts and stakeholders.
• Pragmatic mindset with ability to trade off and deliver in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Ireland payroll product vision and strategy.
• Drive end-to-end product development from definition to launch and measurement.
• Define features, automation, and compliance logic for Ireland payroll.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and GTM to align requirements.
• Surface cross-domain impacts and surface edge cases for automation and config.
• Make decisions in high-velocity contexts and communicate uncertainty clearly.
• Partner with go-to-market and customer success to ensure product-market fit.
• Balance strategic vision with pragmatic execution in a fast-moving environment.
