Job summary

Elgin Energy is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for major renewable energy projects, spanning development to handover. You will drive competitive tenders, contract negotiations and supplier engagement across EPC, ICP, and BESS supply, ensuring bankable, well-governed decisions with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Energy, Construction, or related discipline.
• Significant procurement/supply chain experience in renewable energy IPP, energy, infrastructure, or similar capital projects.
• Experience leading competitive tenders and negotiating EPC/ICP/construction/ equipment supply agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender processes for EPC, ICP, and BESS supply and related construction services.
• Coordinate input from Engineering, Construction, Development, Commercial, Legal and Finance for timely procurement decisions.
• Negotiate complex high-value contracts with a focus on bankability, risk allocation, and project timelines.
• Produce procurement status reports, tender recommendations and governance papers for project teams.
