Job summary

Perigus Energy is seeking a Tender & Contracts Manager for Project Delivery in Ireland to drive end-to-end commercial contract cycles on major onshore renewables projects. You will lead tender processes, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with legal, technical and site teams to optimise interfaces and ensure compliant, timely delivery.

The role demands strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with in-depth knowledge of Irish and UK contract law, particularly FIDIC forms, and experience

Qualifications

• Experience in large capital projects in the renewable sector.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of contracts and contract law in Ireland and the UK (FIDIC preferred).

Responsibilities

• Tender preparation, issue and evaluation, contract negotiation, contract management and claims phases.
• Lead the schedule, specification, and technical aspects of the tender.
• Support the commercial elements with the wider team.
• Liaise with legal and project teams to determine contract form.
• Ensure interfaces between work packages are optimised.
• Support site-based teams in processing contractual claims.
