Job summary

Beauchamps LLP, one of Ireland’s leading full-service commercial law firms, seeks an experienced Procurement Senior Associate to join its fast-growing Projects, Infrastructure and Energy group in Ireland. The role involves advising public sector bodies, utilities and private clients on EU and Irish procurement law and contracting processes.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years’ PQE with experience of Irish/EU procurement law.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• High work ethic, energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Advising public and utility sector clients on EU and Irish procurement law and guidelines.
• Supporting strategic, high-value projects across energy, housing, transport and health.
• Drafting procurement documents and guiding clients through tenders, clarifications, and contracts.
• Advising on contract drafting and negotiation.
• Advising on Foreign Subsidies Regulation.
• Advising tenderers and clients on procurement remedies and challenges.
• Delivering client training and contributing to knowledge sharing.
