Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Ireland is seeking a Fund Accounting Associate (AVP) to oversee the NAV production process and help ensure accurate, timely NAV calculations.

You will partner with Investor Relations, Compliance, Internal Audit, Private Equity and Real Estate, contributing to a strong control environment and an end-to-end NAV operating model. This role emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience performing fund accounting activities at associate level including NAV production.
• Knowledge of alternative investment fund structures and valuation concepts.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex instruments within NAV calculations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including explaining NAV movements.
• Strong client service mindset and ability to build relationships with internal/external partners.
• Risk and control focus with attention to detail and adherence to processes.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication across sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily, weekly, ad hoc, and monthly NAV production and review cycles.
• Calculate NAVs in line with procedures and quality standards.
• Investigate and validate NAV movements and identify drivers.
• Coordinate inputs and resolve inquiries across functions.
• Maintain defined control environment and ensure adherence to processes.
• Identify risks and implement remediation actions.
• Contribute to end-to-end NAV operating model and governance.
• Support team capacity planning and deadlines.
• Assist with client due diligence visits and audit reviews.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and third parties.
• Improve processes and workflows to strengthen risk controls.
