Job summary

Key Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior/Principal Civil Engineer to join a leading Irish consultancy's Sustainable Infrastructure team. The role covers renewables and civil infrastructure across wind, solar and BESS, with design leadership, client engagement and mentoring responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be Chartered with 8+ years (Senior) or 12+ years (Principal) of post-graduate experience, and will work with clients, contractors and stakeholders on major projects across

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Chartered Engineer status.
8+ years’ post-graduate experience for Senior level.
12+ years’ experience for Principal level.
Strong Ireland and/or UK infrastructure design and delivery experience.
Multidisciplinary design-management experience.
Client and stakeholder-facing capability.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary design activities for renewables and civil infrastructure.
Deliver civil infrastructure design, technical reports and tender documentation.
Mentor engineers and collaborate with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
Drive projects across wind, solar and BESS with a focus on delivery excellence.
