Job summary

Exclusive Networks in Ireland is seeking a Regional Services Engineer to act as a full lifecycle technical consultant and SME, supporting local Services Engineers across the region and scaling professional services capabilities.

You will provide technical leadership, engage in strategic customer engagements, deliver advanced pre-sales and post-sales expertise, lead workshops and proofs-of-concept, and support large-scale transformations while developing reusable technical assets and best

Qualifications

• Strong consulting and technical services background across enterprise environments.
• Experience across both pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Solution design, architecture and implementation experience.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Ability to support complex enterprise environments and transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics clearly.
• Proven ability to work across multiple countries and cross-functional teams in a regional environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability and customer focus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support local Services Engineers on strategic opportunities and customer engagements.
• Provide advanced pre-sales and post-sales technical expertise.
• Lead workshops, demonstrations, assessments and proof-of-concept activities.
• Support large-scale implementations and customer transformation initiatives.
• Develop reusable technical assets, methodologies and best practices, and act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
