Job summary

Alexion seeks a senior leader to design and oversee a robust project governance program across its Quality organisation. You will drive governance standards, risk-based decision support, and portfolio visibility while championing digital tools and change adoption.

With 7–10 years in GMP pharma/biopharma project delivery, you will influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment and ensure sustained delivery excellence with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in a relevant field.
• 7–10 years' project/programme management experience in GMP pharma/biopharma environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, and maintenance of a standardized project governance framework across major projects.
• Provide end-to-end PMO oversight from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Deliver risk intelligence and performance insights to steering committees using predictive analytics and AI-enabled dashboards.
• Champion digital project management tools to automate reporting and improve portfolio visibility across Quality.
• Build capability through governance tools, training, and change adoption across project teams.
• Define and track governance KPIs and translate lessons learned into improvements.
