Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance knowledge.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted adviser to the Head of Quality Operations and protect leadership time.
• Lead planning, performance calendar, and governance for the function.
• Own the MTP, annual plan, budgets, headcount, and performance framework.
• Provide strategic insight and translate AstraZeneca priorities into Quality Operations actions.
• Oversee major projects and operating model transformation and set governance rhythms.
• Maintain clear communication of performance and plans to stakeholders.
