Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in planning, performance, or finance within a GMP/pharma setting.
• Experience leading or coordinating medium-term planning processes (MTP) or annual business planning.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical development.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted adviser to Head of Quality Operations and protect leadership time.
• Lead planning, budget, and headcount processes with finance and HR.
• Provide clear view of performance and customer insights across Quality Operations.
• Coordinate with AstraZeneca Quality on strategy and planning cycles.
• Oversee major projects and the new operating model with defined ownership and milestones.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and proportionate governance across the function.
