Job summary

BIM Recruiter is currently working with a leading design consultancy to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to take a key role in the delivery of Civil and Structural projects across Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from design through to construction delivery, while managing multidisciplinary design teams, clients, commercial requirements and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Project Management of Civil and Structural projects.
• Experience managing projects from design through to construction.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of cost management and commercial project performance.
• Experience managing programmes, budgets, risk and change.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Chartered Engineer qualification or close to achieving Chartered status.
• Strong understanding of construction and engineering delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through design and construction delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary Civil and Structural design teams.
• Act as main client contact throughout project lifecycle.
• Manage programmes, budgets, resources and milestones.
• Oversee cost management and commercial performance.
• Manage project risks, issues and change.
• Coordinate design development to meet required standards.
• Work closely with contractors and stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
