Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. seeks a Senior Customer Success Architect for Sales Cloud/Platform to guide strategic architecture, lifecycle management and best practices for our most critical customers.

You will collaborate with Success Architects and Product teams to optimize performance, security and adoption across complex deployments. The role emphasizes leadership in architectural design, data governance and integration, with strong communication to executives and technical teams.

Qualifications

• > 8 years of experience in software, system or enterprise architecture.
• > Expertise in Salesforce products, platform capabilities, governance and best practices.
• > Large-scale SaaS/PaaS multi-tenant implementations.
• > Enterprise integration, covering APIs, data management, AI, analytics and security best practices.
• > Familiarity with industry- or vertical-specific solutions (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive Customer Impact by assessing Sales Cloud deployments and delivering expert recommendations on architecture and lifecycle management.
• Lead as a Sales Cloud SME, guiding best practices and technology strategy.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and executive audiences.
• Identify capabilities gaps and design improvements to drive adoption.
• Apply Success Architect playbooks to meet customer challenges.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive customer success and product improvements.
