Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, optimisation, and governance of our Salesforce platform. You will own the architecture, establish standards, and drive scalable, secure solutions supporting sales, finance, operations and support.

You will guide roadmap creation, partner with stakeholders, and remain hands-on in development while mentoring the team to ensure best practices and governance are maintained.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce Architect certification or strong pathway toward Architect-level accreditation.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, APIs, governor limits, and best practices.
• Hands-on development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and automation tools.
• Experience designing complex system integrations using REST, SOAP, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce architecture, platform strategy, and technical roadmaps.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, and custom apps.
• Lead technical aspects including configuration, development, integrations, governance, and data architecture.
• Provide architectural leadership while contributing to solution development and implementation.
• Mentor Salesforce Developers and Administrators to promote technical excellence.
