Job summary

MCS Group Consultancy is partnering with a technology-led organisation to appoint a Senior Platform Engineer in Dublin. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the Dublin office, and focuses on modernising and securing cloud infrastructure with AWS technologies.

You will design and evolve infrastructure, drive container platforms with ECS and Docker, and implement IaC with Terraform while building CI/CD pipelines and improving observability to boost developer experience and platform

Qualifications

• AWS SRE, Terraform, ECS, Docker skills required.
• Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tooling.
• Knowledge of Datadog or other observability platforms.
• Scripting with Python or Bash.

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a technology-led organisation that is investing heavily in its cloud platform and is looking to appoint a Senior Platform Engineer to its growing engineering team. This is an opportunity to join a business that's modernising its platform, improving developer experience and building scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using the latest AWS technologies. (Hybrid - 2 days per week - Dublin)
