Qualifications

• 6 years’ experience in a similar role with a Main Contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• Strong analytical skills essential for project planning.
• Good communication and people skills are required.
• Good time management skills and a self-starter attitude are a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Planning and Scheduling for residential projects.
• Ensure project goals and timelines are met across large apartment schemes.
• Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project.
• Conduct Interactive Planning Workshops and analyze critical paths.
