Sisk is seeking a Senior Planner to support current and upcoming projects in the Limerick area. The role involves leading programme management through pre-construction and construction phases, ensuring effective scheduling, monitoring and delivery, and producing regular progress reports.

The Senior Planner will work with the management team to develop baseline programmes, track progress, manage risks, and provide feedback for continuous improvement across building, infrastructure and related

Formación

Proven track record in planning and programme management on live construction projects.
Excellent understanding of sequencing and build methodology.
Experience with large-scale commercial/industrial construction is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Lead baseline programme development and control across design, procurement and construction.
Produce and maintain 4D/2D phasing plans and schedules.
Prepare tender/contract programmes and monitor progress with weekly/monthly updates.
Coordinate with supply chain to integrate design releases, lead-ins and construction periods.
Report programme position and variances to management and stakeholders.
