Responsibilities

• Develop tender and contract programmes for building and civil engineering projects.
• Prepare logistics, phasing and sequencing plans.
• Monitor progress, update programmes and report on critical path and delays.
• Work with project teams to recover programme and manage key interfaces.
• Support delay analysis and extension of time submissions.
• Present programme information to senior management and clients.
