Job summary

Key Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Planner in Dublin to own and drive live construction programmes for major data centre projects. You will develop, maintain and control detailed schedules, working closely with project management, construction, engineering, commercial teams and subcontractors.

This role requires 3–5 years of planning experience, deep knowledge of baselines and critical path, and a demonstrated ability to coordinate with site teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant construction planning experience.
• Experience building and maintaining programmes, rather than reporting only.
• Strong understanding of baselines, logic, critical path, forecasting and programme updates.
• Experience within M&E, MEP, electrical, mechanical, building services, commissioning or mission-critical construction.
• Ability to work effectively with site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in Dublin with appropriate right-to-work status.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and update detailed project programmes in Primavera P6.
• Develop WBS structures, programme logic, activity durations and milestones.
• Establish and maintain baselines, progress updates and forecasts.
• Analyse critical paths and identify programme risks.
• Validate progress with construction teams, package leads and subcontractors.
• Plan M&E installation, energisation, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Identify design, procurement, access and commissioning risks.
• Support programme recovery and mitigation strategies.
• Produce weekly and monthly planning reports, dashboards, progress curves and programme commentary.

KTS is exclusively supporting a leading engineering contractor with the appointment of Tow Senior Planner for major projects in Dublin.

These positions are suited to experienced construction planners who can take genuine ownership of a live programme, not simply report against schedules developed by others.

Both roles are permanent appointments.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and controlling detailed construction programmes using Primavera P6, working closely with project management, construction, engineering, commercial teams and subcontractors.
