Qualifications

• Degree or higher level in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Quality Assurance or Quality Management.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in an operations management or equivalent leadership role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing technology and a strong understanding of cGMP.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all manufacturing and inspection activities on site to meet operational objectives compliantly.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement programs delivering cost savings and process enhancements.
• Ensure activities adhere to cGMP, health and safety guidelines, with well-maintained documentation.
• Train, develop, and coach team leaders to ensure high levels of competence and performance.
