Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Ireland is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee all on-site manufacturing and inspection activities within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, ensuring cGMP compliance and safety while driving operational excellence.

You will lead a high-performing team, develop continuous improvement programs, implement cost-saving process improvements, and ensure robust documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Quality Assurance / Quality Management).
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in an operations management or equivalent leadership role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing technology, extensive understanding of cGMP, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Influential leader with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all manufacturing and inspection activities on site, ensuring operational objectives are met efficiently and compliantly.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement programs that deliver cost savings and process enhancements.
• Ensure all activities adhere to cGMP, health and safety guidelines, and are supported by properly maintained documentation.
• Train, develop, and coach team leaders to ensure high levels of competence and performance.
• Manage the performance of your team, promote GMP and safety practices, and ensure timely resolution of GMP incident reports.
