KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your duties as the Manufacturing Operations Manager will be varied, however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Lead all manufacturing and inspection activities on site, ensuring operational objectives are met efficiently and compliantly.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement programs that deliver cost savings and process enhancements.
• Ensure all activities adhere to cGMP, health and safety guidelines, and are supported by properly maintained documentation.
• Train, develop, and coach team leaders to ensure high levels of competence and performance.
• As the Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will manage the performance of your team, promote good GMP and safety practices, and ensure timely resolution of GMP incident reports.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
