Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead daily production activities and oversee colleagues across production-related departments in line with KPIs. • Experience leading production teams in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong people management experience.
• Proven Lean / Continuous Improvement track record.
• Excellent planning and technical skills.
