Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an Engineering Manager for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Ireland. You will provide technical leadership, develop a high-performing team, and drive operational excellence across manufacturing and maintenance functions.

The role focuses on supporting continuous improvement, new product transfers, and ensuring compliance with cGMP standards within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven technical experience in a multinational pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership to manage and develop a high-performing team with safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Engineering team with a focus on continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Build team structures and problem-solving processes to support manufacturing targets.
• Support and deliver ongoing improvement projects across manufacturing assets.
• Oversee engineering aspects of new product introductions and transfers between lines.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and promote Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives.
